* The measurement is aprox 20 inches long starting from the middle finger ring up towards the arm. There are thin adjustable white elastic straps that sit across the back of the arm, tight and secure. There is also a thicker adjustable band strap that holds the piece tight up on the bicep of the arm so you can bend and flex and it will stay up. You can asks for white or black straps.
